Exposed brickwork and modern furniture create a trendy and stylish atmosphere in the apartment. I felt like I was living in a chic urban loft, complete with all the comforts of home. The design was on point, making me feel like I was in a hip interior design magazine spread.

Beautiful and basic apartment with overall nice facilities not too far from a national museum.

Staff was helpful, location was magnificent. One of the restaurants, mercado de san miguel, was a short walk to the apartment. :)))

- Central location, walking distance to everything - Multiple car parks nearby (18-30 euros/day) - Wifi works (most of the time) - Large living room - TV with english channels - Everything is clean - Helpful reception staff (give maps etc)

- Dated looking interior - Cockroaches in bathroom (left a dead one as a warning to other cockroaches) - Smoke smell from AirCon even though non smoking - No view out of windows (city centre) - Limited amount of kitchen utensils (knives, pans, cups, plates, silverware, thats it) - Paper thin walls. Can hear footsteps, showering, doors slamming etc.

Safe, secure and spacious with good facilities ,including oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and excellent shower. Friendly and helpful manager/owner who spoke excellent english and was very accommodating about leaving luggage on the last day.

The decoration at the Santa Ana Apartamento Madrid was absolutely charming. The hotel had a warm and cozy atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. Additionally, as a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff was very helpful in ensuring I had everything I needed to navigate the hotel easily.

My only suggestion for improvement would be the staff's attentiveness to the needs of senior guests. While the children working there were kind and polite, I would have appreciated more assistance with carrying luggage or any additional support that would make the stay more convenient for older individuals.

The location close to bars, restaurants, underground, etc

The ground floor apartment was very noisy. The sofa bed is not an option for sleeping.

Central location

1) isolation between appartmnts not very good, you could hear neighbours and also noise from the street 2) also bedroom has a large tinted glass window to the living room, so if you want to read a book in the bedroom there is a lot of light going through to the living room

We had a wonderful stay at Santa Ana Apartamento. the apartment was clean and quiet, located at the back of the building. the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great hot water. the staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting us with our luggage. They also provided us with an emergency contact number, although luckily we didn't need to use it. the location was perfect, situated near Plaza Sta. Ana and within walking distance to all the city center attractions. there were plenty of good restaurants in the area. a fantastic experience. Cons: Nothing, all great! 😊.

We received an interior room complete with kitchenette. Clean. Nice level of finish with the exception of the bed. Nice management folks (Jorge took good care of us), good central location.

The equivalent of a 'full size' bed in the USA with thin sheets and a stained comforter. We are small-sized people and we fit ok .. can't imagine the average american couple would fit very well. The shower (like many in older buildings) is an add-on and unfortunately the bathroom floor gets quite wet ... a flawed design in the shower - not the fault of the hotel per se.

Convenient for the city centre. Noisy at night. but it is Spain! relaxed and helpful manager.

We loved the convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from Puerta de Sol and the Sol metro station. the neighborhood was great for walking and there were plenty of food shops and eateries around. the apartment had two bedrooms and a washing machine, perfect for our family of four. the view of the street during the day was nice and the beds were comfortable enough. It was a great choice for people who want to be in the center of the main tourist area and enjoy the nightlife.

Felt truly spoiled, no complaints whatsoever.
